We do require your name, contact number, and details of exact what the concern is – whether it be a missing or damaged item, or to arrange a return on an item… so that there is no confusion as to which product needs to be rectified. Please include any supporting images that can show any items that are damaged.

Please do not return your goods before we respond as some items are not eligible for returns.
