Terms and Conditions
Items are to be collected and dropped off on the days agreed.
$100 cash refundable bond is required. This will be returned back to the customer when items are returned in the same condition as they were supplied in. If the item is returned damaged we reserve the right not to refund the bond.
We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. Important – If a deposit has not be paid by the due date then your booking is not secure.
A deposit will not be refunded if the booking is cancelled 72 hours prior to collection date.
Pickup will be on a Thursday or a Friday the week of the event unless otherwise arranged.
Return will be on the Monday or next business day if a Monday falls on a public holiday unless otherwise arranged
