Regular mail: This service takes 2 or more working days, depending on your destination and is not trackable or insured . Generally, locations close or in major cities are delivered within a few days, while remote locations will take longer. Not recommended for urgent orders.

Express Post: Mostly the next working day if you fall within the next business day delivery network. Please visit www.auspost.com.au top check if your location falls within this network. Remote locations and destinations that fall outside the next business day delivery network will take longer for delivery. This service is trackable and very reliable. Recommended for urgent orders.

Airmail: This service can take up to 12 wording days to arrive. The order is not insured or trackable. Refunds or a re-send of the orderis only available only after a full investigation has been made which can take several months in extreme cases or obscure locations. Not recommended for urgent orders.

Express Courier International: Between 3-5 working days to arrive. The order is insured and trackable. Perfect for urgent orders where time is an issue.

A closer look at our shipping

We have endeavoured to make our shipping prices as affordable as possible. The charge is based on the value of your order and starts off at AU$1.50. We use Australia Post for all our shipping unless other arrangements are made. We will also allow the customer to organise their own shipping if an arrangement has been agreed upon prior to an order being placed. All orders are packed sufficiently to prevent damage and can be returned for a refund or exchange should they arrive in less than perfect condition.

We do not deliver the orders ourselves. Special delivery requests like "leave at the front door" "or "next to the plant on the verandah" will not be met unless you have a prior arrangement with the post deliverer yourselves. Requests that we deem unsafe and open to theft will also not be met. The best way to ensure prompt and safe delivery is to give us an address where someone will personally accept the delivery ie. if you will be at home, your work address or a post office box.

Shipping methods and timeframes

Regular post (2+ working days) - From when your order leaves our studio. This timeframe is entirely dependant on your destination. Generally, locations close or in major cities are delivered within a few days, while remote locations will take longer, sometimes a few weeks. Check with your local post office if you are unsure of how long it usually takes for an item to be delivered. They should have a rough timeframe for you as they tend to know their local areas. Orders that are deemed to be too valuable for regular post will be sent via registered post. Any additional postal charges will be paid by dizzi dezine (insurance if need, etc).

Express post(1-2 working days) - From when your order leaves our studio.In most cases delivery is the next working day if you fall within the next business day delivery network. Please visit www.auspost.com.au if you are unsure of whether your location falls within this network. Remote locations and destinations that fall outside the next business day delivery network will take longer for delivery. Your local post office should know the regular timeframe for Express Post. This service is tracked much quicker than regular. If we deem an order too valuable to send via Express post, then we will contact to organise an alternate method. You will have the option to stay with Express post.

We guarantee delivery of your goods. We will resend or refund your order, but only after a thorough investation is done.

These prices are for Australian orders only and are subject to change without notice (The price will not change once an order is placed. G.S.T. is inclusive.

Orders from outside Australia:

Airmail: (up to 12 working days) - From when your order leaves our studio. In some cases the timeframe can be increased and this timeframe is not guaranteed. Generally, deliveries to popular Worldwide locations will arrive quikcer than countrieas in obscure locations. This method is a more affordable option for International deliveries, but is only adviseable for orders that are not urgent. Refunds or compensation(for damaged goods) due to lost, stolen or damaged parcels are only available after a full investigation has been made. In some cases it can take several months for a final outcome.

Times quoted are working days once the order has been completed and despatched. The rate differs between different countries. To get a shipping quote, simply place your order through our website and the shipping amount is worked out before making any payments. You can then choose to continue with your order or cancel by exiting the cart. Please note that some Countries may charge additional customs fee's. Please contact your relevent customs department for more information. Shipping is calculated on a maximum spend of AU$3500.00. If orders go over this amount, there may be an additional shipping fee. In most cases there is no additional shipping charge, but we will contact you if there is a difference to be paid. You are under no obligation to pay the extra charge and can opt for a full refund at this stage.

Express Courier International: This is the fastest method we currently have available for International orders. The order is insured and trackable (can take a few days to track). Perfect for urgent orders where time is an issue.
