Do you seal the envelopes with ready made stationery
No, it is common practice NOT to seal the envelopes. This is so that you can check the stationery or put something else inside eg. an info card into an invitation envelope.
Do you offer free samples of your stationery
No, unfortunately not. Our customer base is simply too large to accomodate this. We do, however, have no minimum purchase amount and shipping is calculated on the amount spent, so we recommend purchasing single units of stationery for testing and sample purposes.
Do you offer printed catalogues or pricelists
No, unfortunately not. Due to the constant additions to our portfolio (daily) we would not be able to supply a printed up to date version of our portfolio. We do keep our website 100% up to date though.
Do you offer wholesale prices?
We do not offer wholesale prices, but do give discounts for large orders. Orders that consist of several hundred (300+) units of a single products (not mixed colours or sizes) may attract a discount. We have many suppliers, all of who have different criteria, so there is no set rule for discounts, but should your quantity attract a discount from our suppliers, we will gladly pass this saving on to you.
Do you ship to all destinations?
We ship worldwide to most destinations. The cart is designed to work out the shipping amount relative to your destination. Destinations that have a high fraud risk such as some parts of Africa and Indonesia will not be shipped to.
What size do you sell your paper and carstock in?
Our papers and cardstock are all A4 (297mm x 210mm) unless otherwise specified.
Can I come and view your products in person?
We are 100% online based and do not cater for appointments. This helps keep our prices at well below our competitors. We do allow pickups from our studio to save on postage and this is done on request only.
Can I pick up my order from your studio?
We are happy for you to pick up your stationery order. Please notify us if you wish to make such an arrangement.
Are there any hidden costs?
No, not at all. The only costs associated with an order are the price of the stationery and shipping.
Are my credit card details safe?
Absolutely. We take credit card fraud very seiously and have a number of steps in place to ensure safe practice. Most importantly, our cart processes payment via SSL (Secure Socket Layering). We also do not keep any records of card numbers. As the payment goes thorugh, which is automatically done once an order is submitted, the card details are destroyed by our system.
Can I add more products to my order once it is submitted?
This can be done only if you chose to pay by direct deposit, money order or cheque. Credit card payments are done automatically and are charged as soon as the order is submitted (not at a later date), so these cannot be added to and a seperate order has to be made. On these occasions, you need to contact us and make us aware that you have placed 2 orders (it is not an aitomatic process) and wish for them to be sent together. We will gladly refund the any additional shipping you are charged. As the extra stationery may take both order to the next shipping charge level, you may not always be refunded the whole shipping amount.
Why are some products sold in single units and others in 10 packs?
We source our products from a number of different suppliers, so not all our products are sold in the same quantity amounts. Where possible, we try and sell most of our stationery in single units, but if there is simply too much cost involved in breaking the packs down, then we will keep them in their original pack amounts.
Do I have to order all of my statonery at the same time?
No, you should only order stationery that you have confirmation for. For example, you should start off by ordering your invitations and reply cards. When you have received confirmation as to how many people will be coming, then you can go ahead and order the remainder of your stationery (order of services, menu's, place cards, etc). This way you will only have paid for stationery that is going to be used.
